When are the timeslots that the Mad King will hand out hats? I saw a chart somewhere, now I can't find it  Any help? |

Wonder if they are doing 2 different ones again this year?

Actually, for your europeans who say you can't be on during the event, I suggest one possibility. Leave your game on in LA or Kamadan and let the Mad King give the hat to you. When you come home you should have it. I'm assuming the Mad King automatically places the hat into your inventory just like Dragon/Tengu festival.
